Surf in Paradise
Purchase any products from our on-line website, and if you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and organise to return the products. Once we receive the products, we will refund the purchase price less any postage charges for items that are returned to us in good condition.
No refund is provided when paying for surf lessons in advance. However the client may transfer to another person or request a change of booking date.
Gift vouchers must be used by due date unless other arrangements have been made. No refund is offered once the gift voucher has been issued however gift vouchers are transferable to other people.
Other services provided by Surf In Paradise have varying refund policies which are provided on enrolment and application information.
